Ruka had some spare arm glitter to work with, but the week leading up to it had been... well, a long stretching bout of indecision. It wasn't until she passed by a clothing store and came across something that felt right as a gift; as such, the quick money sink that came of it was inevitable. The fact there were two of them for her to get was already almost too lucky on her part; the fact they had colors that suited them elevated it to miraculous.

On the flipside, she had to have one of them stitched due to an inexplicable tear, but that wasn't as important a detail.

In any case, she's already scampering back home to Yuki after another relatively successful street performance. She wasn't missing her chance to gift this to her for anything.]
